Raimundo Cox

Before joining Pitt, I obtained my BA and MA in Philosophy at Universidad de los Andes in Chile, my home country.

My research focuses on Kant's metaphysics and its connection with his practical philosophy. I have great interest in the modern period in general, from Late Scholasticism to German Idealism. I pay especially close attention to methodological and historical aspects of Kant's thought and other authors from this period, such as Suárez and Hegel.
