Before joining the department in 2018, I studied Philosophy and Mathematics at the University of Sydney. I'm interested broadly in the philosophy of science and the philosophy of language. More specifically, I've been working through questions to do with models and explanation, the application of mathematics in scientific practice, multiscalar models of various kinds, and conceptual engineering.
